The Bachelor's rock 'n' roll date with Ashley S.

Finally, a date the LA Rock Examiner approves of. Tonight's episode of The Bachelor featured Brad Womack taking Ashley S. to Capitol Records for a recording session on 1/17/11.
They really couldn't sing worth a darn, but it was clearly a great deal of fun for them. Then they walked into another room where Seal sang "Kiss From A Rose" to them. Seal serendaded them for a few more tunes.

The pair progressed to having dinner on top of the Capitol Records building in Hollywood with an incredible view. Ashley S. confessed that "Kiss From A Rose" was her favorite song that she used to sing with her dad at the top of her lungs. Her dad passed away.

She earned a rose for making him feel at ease throughout the date. It wasn't for her singing, that's for sure.
The next date had to do with filming an action-adventure short, which also looked like fun. And then it got very un-rock and uninteresting from an LA Rock Examiner point of view, well, except that Shawntel is a funeral director and totally kicked butt a la Buffy.

Michelle is kinda nuts, so it's a good thing she'll be around for next week.  Also, next week they appear on KROQ's Loveline with Dr. Drew Pinsky.  Now that's rock 'n' roll.
